PLEASE NOTE: IN CASE OF ONLINE BOOKING, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ROOM RATE WILL BE CHARGED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

In case of cancellation the hotel will charge (3% of the total amount  paid online) an administration fee to cover the bank costs of the refund.

• Rates, quoted in Euros, include Buffet Breakfast, Tax and VAT; parking fee is not included.
• Credit card guarantee is required for every booking.
• ON-LINE BOOKING: Room rate which is expressed in EUROs is calculated in Hungarian local currency (Forint, HUF) on payment day using current exchange rate. So payment will be done at the time of the booking, in Hungarian currency and your card issuer will charge you the total amount of your booking according to their policy of charging transactions done abroad. The Hotel is absolutely and unconditionally respects your privacy, so your personal data will not be given to anyone else. All the personal data that you submit during the process of registration/reservation shall not be given to a third party, i.e. it shall not be ceded, sold, leased or in any other way away.
• Rates might be adjusted, should there be any change in the government tax.
• Check In:  from 2 PM,early check  is only on special request, subject to availability 
• Check Out: at 10 AM.
  No guarantee is given that rooms will be available if early check-in occurs.
  If late check-out is required Euro 40 EUR per room surcharge will be applied until 6pm, after 6pm full negotiated room rate will be charged. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• In general cancellation deadline is 48 hrs before the arrival. Any cancellation given later than 48hrs, is subject to a 1 night cancellation fee.
• Bookings for 1-6 nights: Reservations may be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival; otherwise a 1 night's stay is to be charged.
  Bookings for 7-21 nights: Reservations may be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival; otherwise a 2 nights' stay is to be charged.
  Bookings longer than 21 nights: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise a 7 nights' stay is to be charged.
• Occasionally, special rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable according to hotel policy. If you choose a Special Rate, please check the Rate Rules to see if any restrictions apply to your rate.
• Please note that unless otherwise specified, all our packages have a 72 hour cancellation period.

Child Policy

Children stay free under the age of 12 years, when sharing a room with their parents.
Except of the superior rooms, there is no extra bed possibility in the hotel.

Please mind that guests who are smoking in our designated non-smoking rooms will be liable to pay a penalty of 40 EURO.
